Villareal & Associates principal consultant, Morey Villareal, attended Michigan State University where he earned a B.A. in Behavioral Science and a Masters in Business Administration. He was a Partner with a “Big 5” corporate CPA and management consulting firm. During his tenure, he was responsible for the firm’s human resources, compensation consults and executive recruitment in Oklahoma and the Southwest Region. Since forming Villareal & Associates, he has continued to emphasize these areas in the firm’s human resource consulting practice.

Mr. Villareal is a member of the American Society for Human Resources Management and the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Tulsa, and as an instructor at Tulsa Community College and the American Management Association.

In addition to the professional search and compensation consulting assignments, Mr. Villareal has served as an expert witness for clients in cases pertaining to employment discrimination and compensation including estimation of damages and assessment of efforts to mitigate damages. Clients served include major energy companies, telecommunications companies, public utilities, national retail chains, airlines, and a state corporation commission.
